Rab also use Pertex Shield fabrics that offer very lightweight waterproof protection, ideal for alpine climbers, runners basically anyone who needs super lightweight and packable protection from the elements.

For 2012 Rab continue to use Polartec Neoshell waterproof fabrics. NeoShell offers wet weather protection with levels of breathability equivalenmt to modern softshells.

Rab waterproof jackets are feature packed dependent on their intended usage.

Water-resistant zips are used throughout - storm flaps are used to add extra protection behind these. Adjustable hoods are used throughout, pockets are well placed to be usable with harnesses or rucksacks, and all Rab waterproofs feature drawcord hem adjustment.
