Working closely with researchers at Leeds University we've had our 'eureka moment'. After lots of hard work and by adopting a scientific approach we have uncovered the 'golden ratio' when it comes to perfect sleeping bag construction. We have designed and developed a groundbreaking range of bags by taking into account, chamber size, differential cut, lofting ability and reams of technical data. Rab use only the highest quality European down. We use US fill power ratings to indicate the down quality (or lofting ability) because it is more commonly understood around the world than the EU system. US fill power ratings are also used by most of our competitor brands and this allows you to more accurately compare our products with others on the market.
