The Neutrino Plus is a box-wall design down jacket for extreme cold temperature.

The Neutrino Plus was designed to fill the gap between the ever popular Neutrino Endurance jacket and the Summit Batura Jacket. This jacket is box wall construction  with 275g/10oz of 800 fill European Goose down. The Neutrino Plus has a long torso for better core-body insulation, a helmet compatible hood, and the rip-stop Pertex® Endurance outer is highly weather resistant.

This jacket has a new lining colour for the Marin and Black colour versions for Winter 2011.

This jacket is designed for use in polar conditions, at altitude and for extreme Alpine style conditions.   Amazingly warm, lightweight and packable down parka. If you can't stay warm in this, you shouldn't be outside. Longer length is great for keeping upper thighs protected. Hood is great. Not 100% windproof, but this helps keep things breathable. I would trust this parka at Arrowhead 135, where it can be -40F for days in a row.

  This is the perfect winter ski jacket when the temperatures start to drop. The Pertex is perfect for keeping you dry and warm on the inside when out on the slopes. I recently took this jacket with me on a ski trip to Winter Park where the temperatures were around -12F. Even though my feet were freezing my core was nice and toasty with this jacket. It's a little extreme for everyday use in NYC, but when I'm just running out to get a coffee from my apt in the winter, I wear it open. Definitely can't go wrong with this jacket.

  Didn't think it'd be possible, but the Neutrino Plus is giving the best down jacket ever a hard time - the Neutrino Endurance. I love the mesh pocket!!
