Rab sponsored climber Jules Littlefair achieved her goal for this season at the weekend. managing to dodge the rain she achieved a successful ascent of Predator at Malham in the Yorkshire Dales. Graded at F8b, Predator - a three star classic and sought-after tick - is on the left side of the catwalk and was first climbed by John Dunne back in 1988.

This amazing achievement makes Jules one of the few British women to climb to this level.

'At the start of every training year, my coach asks me to set a goal to work towards and try to achieve by the end of the season. At the beginning of 2010 I decided that I wanted to try and redpoint Predator, an amazing looking 8b on the left hand side of Malham cove. I’d seen people climbing this route over the years and it had always appealed to me. However, at 2 grades harder than anything I had ever done before, it was going to be a massive challenge!...'
