Here at Rab we're not just here to make the numbers up!

We believe that you can't make the best clothing and equipment without testing everything to the limit in the most extreme conditions. We regularly use and abuse everything we can - and if we can't break something then we'll give it to one of our team of sponsored athletes - then we point them at something steep/scary/dark/flaky/deep (delete as applicable) then see what they come back with!

Usually with a couple of tweeks here and a nip/tuck there, add in a few cms and maybe make it half the weight (these guys are never happy) and there we have it - a finished Rab  garment ready to be unleashed on the buying public. 

Most of us here at Rab are avid and passionate outdoor enthusiasts. We climb, we ski, we bike, we run, we walk, we drink tea, did I mention we climb . . . . we're always much happier going up, down, around or off something than we are sitting in the office . . .  but while we are here we want to ensure that you get the very best out of every Rab purchase. 

We know how precious free time in the mountains is and we want you to maximise every minute of it- that means kit that works, and - like all good kit - kit that you don't notice, it's just there doing its job!
